Mr. Satvat Mahmutoglu An Insurance & Reinsurance professional has more than 50 years of experience, joined insurance sector as an Actuarial Trainee in 1967. He served (1971 to 1981) in various departments of Milli Reasürans TAS – Turkey. He was also responsible for accepting and retroceding the Pool’s reinsurance business and cession and retrocession technical accounts of the Pool managed by Milli Re. Afterwards, he remained associated with and served various insurance companies in Turkey & Cyprus (TRNC) including Aon Benfield Brokers, Turkey.
Mr. Tolga Atilgan A PhD Lawyer, business professional from Ankara, Turkey, graduated from the faculty of Law in 2001, completed his Master’s degree in International Trade Law in 2007 and earned his PhD degree in insurance law from Near East University Cyprus (TRNC). He has more than 15 years of multidimensional experience of re-/insurance, insurance brokerage & finance house. He’s the Chairman of North Prime Group of companies comprises of North Prime Insurance Ltd, North Prime investment, Eurocity Assist Turkish republic of North Cyprus and Union Insurance & reinsurance brokers, Turkey. He’s also serving the Board at Tawasul Insurance Services LLC, Abu Dhabi UAE as one of the Director. He also served as General Manager Commercial Insurance Ltd Cyprus, Eurocity Insurance Ltd Cyprus, member of board of Directors Euro Sigorta A.Ş, Board Member of TRNC Compulsory Insurance Guarantee Fund, Board Member of TRNC Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association. Mr. Tolga Atılgan, is a registered lawyer and member of Istanbul Bar and TRNC Cyprus Bar Association.
Arsalan Pasha Kirmani For Last 23 years Mr. Arsalan Pasha is serving in Insurance Industry of Pakistan. He graduated from Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) Peshawar with majors in Finance. He has performed exceptionally well in all fields of General Insurance. He has rich and diversified experience in corporate leadership roles. He has a passion in leadership mentoring. His main area of expertise are Digital Insurance, Micro Insurance, Alternative Distribution Channels, Product development, Insurance Brokerage, TPA & Universal health Insurance, Business Development consultancy and advocacy, Marketing Strategies. He started his career in Askari General Insurance in 1997 and served in higher management roles in Askari General, Pak-Qatar General Takaful Company, Premier Insurance Ltd Co. At the moment he is working, as Joint Director United International Group. He is also Chief Development Officer (CDO) for Al-Tawasul TPA (Pvt.) Ltd. AP Kirmani is voluntarily working as director Development with Insurance Journal of Pakistan to which he is also contributing with regular content writing. He is also Advisor to a nonprofit NGO HORIZON Pakistan. He is also Founding Member of Newly Formed Digital Health Group (Registration for association in Process).
